Meet the founder
Shakil Ahmed is a salon entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry. He began his salon career on 14 February 2006 with Bellezza India Pvt. Ltd., where he progressed from Branch Manager to General Manager, overseeing operations across multiple cities in Western and Central India.
In 2011, he joined Head Turners, playing a key role in expanding the brand across Kolkata, Durgapur, Asansol, Bokaro, Ranchi, Dhanbad and Patna. In 2022, he further strengthened his presence in the premium salon industry by acquiring the TONI&GUY franchise and successfully operating multiple salons.
Building on this experience, Shakil is now launching Valentino Salon, a luxury salon brand in Serampore, West Bengal. Designed to offer world-class hair, skin, makeup and wellness services, Valentino Salon represents his vision of delivering international standards, exceptional client experiences and uncompromising quality.
